Congratulations once again to all of our swimmers heading to this year’s ABE Championship Meet! Below is important meet information you’ll need for the big weekend. Please read this email carefully and refer to the attached documents for full meet details, parking maps, and more.

🗓 Championship Meet Schedule

📍 Friday, July 25 – 8 & Unders + Crescendo Relays

3:45–4:45 PM: 8 & Under Warm-Ups (specific team times to be provided)

5:00 PM: 8 & Under Meet Start

6:20–7:20 PM: Crescendo Relay Warm-Ups (specific team times to be provided)

7:30 PM: Crescendo Relay Start

📍 Saturday, July 26 13 & Overs and 9/10's & 11/12's

☀️ AM Session: 13 & Over

7:00–8:15 AM: Warm-Ups (specific team times to be provided)

8:30 AM: Meet Start

~11:15 AM: ABE Scholarship Winner Announced

🌤 PM Session: 9/10 & 11/12

12:30–1:30 PM: Warm-Ups (specific team times to be provided)

1:45 PM: Meet Start

🚗 Swimmer Drop-Off & Parking Info

Drop-Off: You may drop off your swimmer at the main entrance on N. 38th Street, then proceed to parking.

Parking is very limited. We strongly encourage carpooling whenever possible.

Handicap Parking: If you require a handicap spot, notify us by end of day Wednesday, 7/23 with the driver’s name, car make/model, and color so we can inform Westwood.

A parking map is attached with details on all available lots.

🎟️ Admissions

$5.00 per session for spectators age 12 and older

Free admission for athletes and children under 12

🏊 OV Team Area & Seating

OV will provide our team tent – please do not bring additional tents, as space is limited

Families may bring personal chairs, but we ask that you keep them within the OV team section

Please help us keep our area clean and respectful of other teams

We are required to provide:

1 timer per session

1 runner for the Saturday AM 13 & Over session
