We have two important and time-sensitive reminders for this week — please read carefully:

🛑 Snack Bar Safety Reminder – No Glass or Ceramics Allowed

For the safety of our swimmers and all Orchard View members, the Pool Board of Directors has asked that we remind everyone:

❌ No glass or ceramic jars, dishes, or bowls are allowed at the snack bar.

This is a strict safety policy to help protect everyone on deck. Please use only plastic or other non-breakable containers when bringing items for donation or personal use.

Let’s all do our part to be good partners in keeping Orchard View safe for everyone!

🎈 Mini Meet Setup Help – Friday Evening

The Candyland Mini Meet is this Saturday, and we need your help Friday evening to get the pool ready, especially with:

✅ We still need TIMERS and a few other volunteer jobs! Even if you don't have a swimmer swimming in this meet, please consider helping your Otter family out for a couple of hours on Saturday morning. It truly takes a village

✅ Decorating the pool deck

✅ Lining the parking lot for car parking

We’ll be using a pre-made map to guide parking lot layout, so if you’re available to assist, please email us or simply show up ready to help. Many hands make light work!
