Dear Otter Families,

We’ve got a few important updates for you!

📅 Rescheduled Meet:

Tonight’s meet has officially been rescheduled to Monday, January 14th at Orchard View. Mark those calendars!

All current athlete declarations and volunteer assignments will automatically carry over. If your swimmer’s availability has changed, please log in and update their meet declaration as soon as possible.

🍽️ Snack Bar Reminder:

For tomorrow’s meet (still on!), we’ll be moving forward with the planned snack bar donations.

🚨IMPORTANT: If you were signed up to donate for tonight’s meet, your donation slot will automatically transfer to the make-up meet on January 14th.

❗ Can’t make it?

If you’re unable to donate on the 14th, please go in and update your sign-up ASAP.

We’re also asking anyone planning to attend the rescheduled meet to please consider filling any open donation slots. Every bit helps make the meet a success!

We truly appreciate your flexibility and willingness to jump in where needed. That’s what being an Otter is all about: TEAMWORK
