Dear Otter Families,

Get ready for a sugar-sweet splash of fun. The 2025 ABE League Mini-Meet is coming up on Saturday, July 12th, and we’re hosting it right here at Orchard View Swim Club! 🎉🐬

This meet is designed just for our youngest swimmers (ages 10 & under) and is a non-DQ, low-pressure, high-fun event, a perfect chance for our littlest Otters to shine! And with this year’s theme of CANDYLAND, you can expect a colorful day full of sweet treats, games, and splash-tastic memories. 🍬🍭🍫

🍬 MEET DETAILS:

📍 Location: Orchard View Swim Club (home sweet home!)

📅 Date: Saturday, July 12th, 2025

🕖 Arrival Time: TBD. We will 

🏁 Meet Start Time: 9:00 AM Promptly

🎟️ Admission: $2 per person

📝 SWIMMER SIGN-UP INFO:

• In SwimTopia, declare whether or not your swimmer will be attending the Mini-Meet.
• When declaring, please choose which individual events you want your swimmer to swim. Try the fly! Be the best in breast! Backstroke keeps you above water!
• Swimmers can choose up to 5 individual events and 2 relay events
• Cost: $5 per individual event. No cost for relays

💰 Payment Options:

Submit cash or check (made out to Orchard View Swim Team) in a sealed envelope labeled with your last name into the Yeager Family Otterbox at the pool.

🕘 Deadline:

Entries & payment are due by Monday, July 7th at 9:00 PM.

No late entries or payments will be accepted.

As the host team, we need lots of helping hands to make this event run smoothly! From timers and awards to games and set-up, there’s a spot for everyone.
