Hi Otter Families!

We’ve got a big splash of a week ahead so here’s everything you need to know to stay ahead of the waves. Fair warning... this is email 1 of 2 coming at you today:

📸 Monday, June 30 – Picture Day & FUN RELAY DAY!

Picture day kicks off at 8:45 AM with individual photos, followed by our full team picture.

After we strike our best poses, it’s time for FUN RELAY DAY. No regular swim or dive practice, just games, relays, and big Otter energy!

🎽 What to wear: Please wear your 2025 team shirt. Don’t have one? Any Otter shirt will do!

🧺 Extra Otter shirts needed! If you have spares, please bring them in case someone forgets or doesn’t have one. Sharing the spirit is what we do best!

🛑 Important:

Has your athlete's status changed for this meet? Were they missing the Stonecrest meet last week, but can make it this week? Or are they unavailable this week?  If their availability has changed, please make sure you update their meet attendance in Swimtopia, to either attending or not attending by Tuesday at 12 noon.  

Same for you, parents. If you signed up for snack bar or volunteer spots at the original meet, your name has been automatically transferred to this new date.

Can’t make it?

The Stonecrest reschedule left us with extra slots to fill, so if you can lend a hand or a dish, we’d be so grateful!

That tan might say “vacation,” but Coach Kushner is back and ready to turn up the pool heat! We sure missed our Head Otter. The pool just isn’t the same without someone yelling “streamline!” every 30 seconds 😄
