Hey Otter Families!

It’s go-time for our first official dual meet of the season, and we are so excited to kick things off with a splash at Lehigh Country Club this Thursday, June 19th!

Below are the important details you need to know to help the night run smoothly (and safely):

🕒 Arrival Times:

Divers: Please arrive by 4:50 PM

Swimmers: Please arrive by 5:00 PM

Warm-ups will begin shortly after arrival. Let’s get in, get focused, and get PUMPED! 💪

📍 Location & Club Info:

We’ve attached a helpful PDF with directions and club rules from Lehigh. Please take a moment to review. They’ve kindly opened their beautiful facility to us, and we want to be respectful guests. (Translation: No cannonballs in the deep end unless you’re diving! 😉)

Important Note:

As part of Lehigh Country Club’s dress code, jeans and cargo shorts are not permitted on club grounds. Please plan accordingly.

🌦 Weather Watch:

We know many of you have been checking the forecast like it’s your job --- us too!

We’re working closely with the Lehigh coaches to monitor the weather and make decisions with safety as our top priority.

Lehigh will make a final call around 3:00–3:30 PM on Thursday about whether we’ll:

Move forward as planned (possibly with brief weather delays), or

Postpone the meet to a later date

If we do start the meet and weather causes a pause, both teams will be allowed to wait in the Four Seasons Room in the clubhouse. Just make sure all athletes have shoes with them to enter the space.

🩱🩳 Suiting Up for Success:

According to ABE League rules, all athletes must wear their official team suit and team cap at every meet. That means:

✅ Team suit:

Either our black suit with the Otter logo

OR a plain black suit (No other team logos or designs)

✅ Swim cap:

Either an Otter cap

OR a plain black or red cap (No other logos, designs, or sayings)

🎉 Great News!

D&J Sports is dropping off additional previously ordered Otter team suits to me tomorrow, and I’ll have them with me at the meet if anyone still needs one!

(Unfortunately, caps are still in transit --- hang in there!)

Let’s bring that Otter spirit, stay flexible, and be ready to compete! 💥
