Otter Diving Practice Times & Judging Clinics: Because Telling Kids What to Do Isn’t Enough 😜

I hope everyone is enjoying the start of the season! Please see below for the dive practice schedule for our groups:

Dive Practice Schedule:

  • 10U Group: 9:25 AM – 10:25 AM
  • 14U Group: 10:25 AM – 11:25 AM
  • 11-13 Group: 10:50 AM – 11:50 AM


    • Reminders:

    Please make sure your diver brings an extra towel and a t-shirt they don’t mind getting wet.

    Exciting Opportunity for Parents: Dive Judging Clinics!

    We have some fantastic opportunities for any parents who are interested in learning more about dive judging, how dives are scored, and ways to get more involved at our meets. No prior experience necessary!

    1️⃣ Brookside Intrasquad Meet – Monday, June 16th

  • Location: Brookside Country Club (901 Willow Lane, Macungie PA 18062)
  • Time: Please arrive around 6:00 PM
  • Details: Brookside is generously opening their judging clinic to all league parents. A PIAA official will review the components of a dive, provide scoring “cheat sheets,” and allow participants to practice judging during their meet’s diving portion.

    • 2️⃣ Alburtis Swim Club – Tomorrow Night at 7:00 PM (June 11th)

  • If you’re interested in attending this clinic, please let me know ASAP so I can provide Coach Amy with a list of participants. Alburtis will be issuing certificates, so they will need your names in advance.

    • 3️⃣ Kaybrook Green Hills – Friday, June 14th at 11:00 AM

  • Another great clinic hosted by Kaybrook for parents to learn and get certified as dive judges.

    • These clinics are an excellent way to get more involved, learn how diving works behind the scenes, and open up more volunteer opportunities during meets. If you have any questions or are interested in attending any of the clinics, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
