⬆️ Dive Into Week 1 – Updated Diving Practice Schedule + What to Bring!

Heads up, high flyers!  We’ve got a twist in the dive plan. Here’s your Week 1 schedule update!

We’re excited to kick off the season and get you back on the boards, but please note the updated dive practice times for Monday, June 9th, and Tuesday June 10th only:

📅 Week 1 Dive Schedule 

(June 9 & 10 ONLY):

  • 12 & Unders: 5:00 – 5:45 PM
  • 13 & Overs: 5:45 – 6:30 PM

  • The rest of the week will remain the same:

    WEDNESDAY - NO PRACTICE


    Thursday, June 12th:

  • 13 & Overs: 10:25–11:25 AM
  • 10–12: 10:50–11:50 AM
  • 9 & Unders: 9:25–10:25 AM

  • No Friday dive practices


    🧴💦 What to Bring to Practice:

    To keep everyone safe, dry, and ready to dive, make sure your athlete comes with:

  • A full water bottle 💧
  • At least 2 towels (one always gets soaked!) 💦
  • A shirt that can get wet for drills👕
  • Sweatpants & a dry shirt to change into after practice 👖
  • Let’s start the season strong, prepared, and ready to fly!
