Dear Otters,

We are excited to announce that Orchard View will be hosting the 2025 Mini Meet on Saturday, July 12th! This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase our team spirit, welcome visiting swimmers, and create a memorable experience for our youngest competitors.

A mini meet is a non-DQ swim meet open to all swimmers age 10 and under as of May 31^st, 2025. As we get closer to the season starting, we’ll send out an official meet announcement with the events and specifics.

Hosting an event like this is a big undertaking, and we need your help to make it a success. We are forming a Mini Meet Committee to assist with planning and organizing. Whether you have experience or are new to swim meets, your time and talents will be greatly appreciated!

In addition to parent volunteers, we are also asking for our older swim team members to lend a hand on the day of the event. Their help with assisting younger swimmers and ensuring the meet runs smoothly will be invaluable.
