Calling All Otters!

A few reminders for Champs weekend... (The most important reminder is regarding our volunteer obligations. Each session CAN NOT start until ALL volunteer slots are filled for that session.)

• Parking: Please follow the parking attendants for directions. There will be golf carts available for drop off for those who are parked behind the tennis courts. We do suggest carpooling if possible.
• Champs Entrance: Entry will be down the path to the left of the clubhouse. Admission is $5 and includes the meet program. Participants are free.
• All chairs and pool furniture will not be available (lounge chairs, small tables, etc). There will be three sets of bleachers on the pool deck for spectators. 
• Volunteers - There are still several open spots for timers that will be needed. Each club is required to have 2 timers per session. Link to Sign Up
• Tickets will be used for all purchases. There are 4 ticket locations, please see the map. Lehigh will be accepting cash and credit as payment.
• There will be State Police directing traffic on Friday when entering the club off of Cedar Crest Blvd. Please know that there may be additional traffic.
• When leaving the pool, all families will be directed out the back gate.
• LVHN will be on site for any medical issues or emergencies that arise.
• Baby pool will be CLOSED for the entire meet.
