Hello Otters!

Welcome to the 2024 ABE Swim League Championship meet. This is going to be another long email but it contains information critical for Friday and Saturday’s championship meet. 

The 2024 ABE Championship Meet will be held at Lehigh Country Club, Friday, July 26th & Saturday, July 27th.

Meet Sessions:

• Friday, July 26th (PM Session Only)
  • Crescendo
  • 13-14’s
  • 15 & Overs
• Saturday, July 27th (2 Sessions, AM & PM)
  • AM - 9-10’s & 11-12’s
  • PM - 8 & Unders

Arrival & Warm-Up Times:

• Friday 13-14 & 15O Session (Includes 13-14 & 15 & Over Crescendo Swimmers)
  • Arrival Time – All swimmers must arrive NO LATER than 3:20 pm
  • Warm-Up Time – 3:40 pm to 4:05 pm
• Friday Crescendo Session (Arrival Time Only for 8 & Unders, 9-10’s, & 11-12’s)
  • Arrival Time – All swimmers must arrive NO LATER than 4:30 pm
  • Warm-Up Time – 4:45 pm to 5:00 pm
• Saturday AM Session
  • Arrival Time – All swimmers must arrive NO LATER than 7:10 am.
  • Warm-Up Time – 7:25 am to 7:50 am
• Saturday PM Session
  • Arrival Time – All swimmers must arrive NO LATER than 12:30 pm.
  • Warm-Up Time – 12:50 pm to 1:10 pm

Meet Information:

• Meet entry fee is $5 per person.
• Each team is required to supply 2 timers PER SESSION. Please use THIS LINK to sign-up.
• There will be food and beverage available for sale at LCC. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. The food available: at the Snack Bar - (grab and go, snacks, ice cream & drinks), the Four Seasons Room (grill & buffet), and tiki bars, alcohol will be available for purchase.
• There will be basket raffles, a 50/50, along with some vendors and food trucks:
  • D&J (Friday & Saturday)
  • Swim Culture (Friday Only)
  • Fifi’s Ice Cream Truck
  • Perk Up Truck
  • Kona Ice
• All items purchased at the meet, aside from Food Trucks and vendors, will require tickets. There are four ticket locations marked on the attached map. We will be accepting cash & Square for the purchase of tickets.
• I am also attaching a pool map with the locations of bathrooms, vendors, team tents, and bleachers. Please make sure to note where everything is. LCC has several member only areas that are separate from our Champs access.

• LCC has spectator specific parking and will have parking attendants starting at the entrance to the club off of Cedar Crest Boulevard. Please make sure to follow the directions from the attendants and park only where instructed. LCC will have some golf carts available for anyone with difficulty walking or who is parked in further locations.

Lastly, I'm attaching two REMIND invitations. REMIND is how the meet director will communicate any updates regarding the meet, including weather issues. Each document provides instructions on how to sign up for REMIND group 1 or group 2. You only have to sign up for one group. The same information will be sent to both groups.
